Due to the type of product we offer, we do not routinely provide refunds.

Should a Client have issues with the way a project is going, they should raise this with the Provider as soon as possible.

Refunds are only given on a discretionary basis when reviewed by the management team.

Each individual work contract signed has its’ own Refunds section, which are agreed to upon signing the contract.  You should refer to your individual work contract for the Refund policy that is in use for your project/Service.
